Cauê Faleiros d3587344a3 fix: resolve notification sound autoplay block and polling delay

- Prevented sound from triggering on initial page load.

- Confirmed polling interval is set to 10 seconds for real-time alerts.

Run Locally

Prerequisites: Node.js

Install dependencies: npm install
Set the GEMINI_API_KEY in .env.local to your Gemini API key
Run the app: npm run dev
