fix: include missing files for tenant impersonation feature

- Added backend impersonate endpoint.

- Added frontend impersonate button and functions.

- Fixed build failure by including missing exported functions in dataService.ts.

Run Locally

Prerequisites: Node.js

Install dependencies: npm install
